Mixed Construction and Demolition aggregates often contain both brick and concrete. When processed together, brick contamination reduces the quality and performance of recycled concrete aggregate, limiting its use in higher-value concrete applications.

AI optical sorting technology was deployed to accurately identify and separate brick from crushed concrete. The system creates two clean material streams, concrete aggregate and recovered brick.
Why Brick is Removed
